Way of Payment: Full payment+100USD$(Deposit) is needed when you meet our guide and check in room with your passport. You will receive a service chart, 1 room key, 1 equipment certification chart, a contact card and a business card from China Tour Design after you check in.  Description:
1. Location-This house is located in the middle of North 3ed Ring Road and 2ed Ring Road Beijing. 10 minutes walk to Madian Bus Station on the 3ed Ring Road, 20 Minutes walk to airport bus station heading to Beijing Internation Airport, and when you come from airport, there is a stop for the bus just in Madian Station.
25 minutes walk to Gulou Dajie Subway Station, and take a taxi or Motor Taxi(5RMB) is only 5 minutes.
Within 40 minutes Drive from airport, 20 minutes drive to Houhai Bar Area, 25 minutes Drive to Tian'an Men Square and Forbidden City, 25 minutes Drive to Sanlitun Bar area, and 2 stations to Lama Temple, 2 stations to Beijing Zoo.
the house is facing to a beautiful Garden with Yang Side which means you can enjoy beautiful sunlight everyday.

Room Condition
This house 65 square meters with 2 bed rooms, one guest room, one kitchen room and one washroom.
The room on renting is about 5.5 meters long and 4.5 meters wide, with a king size bed.
The one live in another room is my friend Jersy and his girlfriend. He graduate from HongKong, can speak good English, he also can help you when you need and there is no difficulty between you and them in language.
We've already live here for 5 month, so all the equipments has already be texted, anything goes wrong or not well, like water surply, electricity, heating system, shower machine, telephone, internet, TV Cable ect. all goes well.
