Day 01ㄩ Arrival in Beijing

Our guide will pick you up at Beijing airport and transfer to the hotel. The rest of the day is on your own to explore the city.

Day 02ㄩBeijing ( B,L,D )

Visit the Tiananmen Square, the Forbidden City and the Temple of Heaven.

Day 03ㄩBeijing ( B,L,D )

Visit the Badaling Great Wall, the Sacred Way and the Ming Tomb.

Day 04ㄩBeijing - Urumqi (B,L)

Only hotel accommodation with breakfast is provided today. We intend to leave the day free for you to absorb something of the vibrant atmosphere of Beijing.

Day 05ㄩUrumqi - Kashgar ( B,L,D )

Visit the Summer Palace, the Lama Temple and the lovely pandas in Beijing Zoo. See off at Beijing Railway Station to take an overnight soft sleeper train to Xian.

Day 06ㄩKashgar - Urumqi - Turpan ( B,L,D )

Pick you up at the railway station. After having breakfast at the hotel, you will visit the Terracotta Warriors and Horses Museum, the Big Wild Goose Pagoda and the Provincial History Museum.

Day 07ㄩTurpan ( B,L,D )

The hotel accommodation with breakfast is provided today. You are suggested to visit the City Wall, the Great Mosque and have some free time to explore the Bazaar near the Mosque by yourselves.

Day 08ㄩTurpan - Dunhuang ( B,L,D )

You are suggested to take a shuttle bus to the airport and the stop is very near to your hotel. Board the flight to Lhasa by yourselves. Our guide will pick you up at Lhasa airport where the altitude is 3,650 meters above sea level. Transfer to the hotel and acclimatize yourself to the high altitude.

Day 09ㄩDunhuang ( B,L,D )

Visit the magnificent Potala Palace. After a western-style lunch, visit the Sera Monastery and the Norbulingka Park.

Day 10ㄩDunhuang - Xian ( B,L,D )

Visit the Jokhang Temple and the thriving bazaar of the Barkhor Street. After having a western-style lunch, go ahead to visit the Tibet Museum, the Tibetan Traditional Medicine Hospital and the Carpet Factory.

Day 11ㄩXian ( B,L,D )

Visit a Tibetan Family. Take a flight to Shanghai. Upon arrival, please go to the hotel we have booked for you by yourselves. 

Day 12ㄩXian - Shanghai ( B,L,D )

The hotel accommodation with breakfast is provided today. You are suggested to visit the Shanghai Museum, the Yuyuan Garden and the Bund on your own.

Day 13ㄩShanghai ( B,L,D )

The hotel accommodation with breakfast is provided today. The full day's activities are arranged by yourselves.
