Day 01£º Arrival in Beijing

Our guide will pick you up at Beijing airport and transfer to the hotel. The rest of the day is on your own to explore the city.

Day 02£ºBeijing ( B,L,D )

Visit the Tiananmen Square, the Forbidden City and the Temple of Heaven. The Beijing Duck Dinner is served at the original, century-old Quan Ju De restaurant followed by a lively Peking Opera performance at the Liyuan Theatre.

Day 03£ºBeijing ( B,L,D )

Visit the Badaling Great Wall. To avoid having lunch at shopping site restaurants, you will be driven to have Sichuan food at a local popular restaurant. Visit the Sacred Way and the Ming Tomb in the afternoon.

Day 04£ºBeijing - Urumqi (B,L)

Visit the Summer Palace. Take a flight to Urumqi and transfer to the hotel.

Day 05£ºUrumqi - Kashgar ( B,L,D )

You will take a morning flight to Kashgar - "the pearl on the Ancient Silk Road". Upon arrival, you will be transferred to the local best hotel. Visit the famous Sunday Market.

Day 06£ºKashgar - Urumqi - Turpan ( B,L,D )

Visit the Id Kah Mosque, the Old Street and the Abakh Khoja Tomb. Take a flight to Urumqi and be transferred to Turpan. Check in at the hotel.

Day 07£ºTurpan ( B,L,D )

Visit the Jiaohe Ruins, the Karez Well and the Sugong Pagoda.

Day 08£ºTurpan - Dunhuang ( B,L,D )

Visit the Gaochang Ruins, the Baizikeli Thousand Buddha Cave and the Flaming Hill. Take an overnight soft sleeper train to Dunhuang.

Day 09£ºDunhuang ( B,L,D )

Pick you up at Liuyuan railway station and transfer to the hotel in Dunhuang. Visit the Mogao Grottoes and the Dunhuang Museum. Breakfast is on your side.

Day 10£ºDunhuang - Xian ( B,L,D )

You will experience a short camel-riding along the Echoing-Sand Dune to reach the Crescent Lake. Take a flight to Xian and transfer to the hotel.

Day 11£ºXian ( B,L,D )

Visit the Terracotta Warriors and Horses Museum. To avoid having the poor food at the site, you will take highway back to downtown to have lunch at a well-known Cantonese cuisine restaurant. In the afternoon, visit the Big Wild Goose Pagoda and the Great Mosque. After you enjoy the local speciality, the Dumpling Banquet, you will be entertained with the marvelous Tang Dynasty Music and Dance Show.

Day 12£ºXian - Shanghai ( B,L,D )

Visit the Provincial History Museum. After enjoying the a la carte luncha at a local famous restaurant, visit the City Wall. Take a flight to Shanghai and transfer to the hotel.

Day 13£ºShanghai ( B,L,D )

Visit the Shanghai Museum, the Yuyuan Garden, the Bund and a local family. The farewell dinner is served at Central Hotel, whose restaurant Wang Bao He has a history of around 260 years and is the best place to serve Shanghai Cuisine. The memorable dinner will be followed by the Portman Acrobatic Show at the Shanghai Centre Theatre.
